SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped either UPS or FedEx ground service. Please contact cs@chattanoogaclothing.com for a price quote and help routing your order if you need delivery faster than UPS/FedEx standard ground. 

Most in-stock orders that contain only promotional products (hard lines) ship within 2 to 4 days. Orders for apparel that require embroidery usually ship in 4 to 6 days. Larger orders that contain both promotional products and apparel usually ship in 6 to 10 days. Custom items have different lead times for each product and you will receive an email confirmation of the order and an approximate date of shipment when you place your order. The in-transit times are 2 to 3 days on orders shipped standard ground service from our facility to most of your locations.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

You can reset your password by clicking on Login on the top right-hand corner of the website where a Forget Password option. Enter your email address and press "Submit". Shortly after submitting your request, you will receive an email that will contain your new temporary password. Once you log in you can change your password on the "My Account" page.

Our goods ship out of our warehouse in Chattanooga, TN

 WHAT IS THE THE RETURN POLICY?

Returns cannot be accepted unless accompanied by a Return Authorization number (RA). RA's must be obtained within 30 days of invoice and product must be in unused condition. 

HOW DO I OBTAIN AN RETURN AUTHORIZATION#?
